Terms & Conditions
I hereby authorize the outlined repair work, including the necessary materials, to proceed. I grant permission to you and/or your employees to operate the vehicle as described herein on roads, highways, or other locations for testing and inspection purposes. I acknowledge the establishment of an express mechanic's lien on the aforementioned vehicle, securing the corresponding repair costs and the following terms:
Labor warranty extends for 90 days on workmanship for repairs using parts solely sourced by Fraser's Automotive LLC, unless otherwise noted on the Invoice. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and may not include labor reimbursement; in such cases, the customer is responsible for labor reimbursement.
Any warranty-covered parts and labor must be reported immediately upon failure. All warranty-related work is to be exclusively performed by Frasers Automotive LLC. Towing, tow bills, diagnostics, or repairs by other facilities will not be reimbursed.
Repairs and sales are considered final, with no refunds issued. Customers encountering issues with workmanship, parts, or service quality from Fraser's Automotive LLC must report them within 24 hours of service completion.
Customers commit to affording Fraser's Automotive LLC three (3) opportunities to effectively resolve any issues. During this resolution process, customers agree not to engage in verbal reprimands, negative word-of-mouth discussions, social media posts, or the posting of unfavorable reviews on any online platform.
If Fraser's Automotive LLC cannot resolve the customer's issues, a refund will be assessed, including associated profits covering labor, shop supplies, taxes, and parts. Labor costs paid to employees may be deducted from issued refunds.
All repair orders must be fully settled upon completion via USD Cash, US Debit, or US Credit Cards (Credit Cards accepted will be assessed a 4% Surcharge or 3% for Visa Credit Cards only and may not appear on the repair invoice, or otherwise stated or quoted at the time the customer agrees to repairs.
Vehicles not collected within 5 days after repairs are completed will incur a $25 per day storage fee. This fee must be paid before the vehicle's release.
